Like the phoenix rising from the flames…so goes Raystoration Projects.

I moved out into a more rural area with more land and a 6 car garage with a loft. The plan was to set up shop and start the new project where I would purchase a decent low milage car, make it mechanically sound, and then donate it to someone needing a helping hand. I would also be restoring a few of my classic cars. I started with a 1967 Thunderbird, added a 1970 Torino wagon, and then when I retired I purchased a 1969 Corvette. After spending 4 years clearing, organizing, and setting up shop, a fire started somewhere in the loft and I lost the entire garage and contents.

So now I start from scratch. I will be rebuilding the garage in the style of a 1970’s Standard station. It was a horrendous loss but I am not going to lose hope. The project will continue on from the ground up!

I hope you enjoy my projects as much as I do!
